About KIM

Kim is a clinical counsellor who was born and raised in Montreal. A nomad at heart, she left for about 15 years before returning in 2017. During that time away, she travelled quite a bit, completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology at the University of Toronto, and later completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in California in 2015. She has 12 years of diverse counselling experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, in the US as well as in Canada.

She currently has a private practice in Ville Saint-Laurent, where she sees individuals and couples in both English and French. As someone who completed her graduate studies outside of Québec, and like many others, Kim found refuge in the QCA. She is eager to pay it forward by reaching and supporting as many practitioners as possible via QCA’s growing online presence.

When she isn’t busy counseling, Kim loves to kickbox, take long walks, travel, and have fun adventures with her 4 year old son.
